LAKEWOOD PROGRAMS FOR OUTDOOR 2023

Lakewood is offering full programming for all ages this spring (U7 to U19).

Outdoor registration for both Alliance and City League packages is now Open!.

• Step 1: On the Lakewood Soccer RAMP portal create an account or log in using your account information.
• Step 2: Select “Available Participant Packages”.
• Step 3: Choose your age group based on the birth year of your player (selecting Alliance OR City for U11-U15)
• Step 4: Choose Uniform Package (if you don't have a uniform or need a new one).
• Step 5: The Volunteer Bond Package is now mandatory. Team personnel will be given a Promo Code after you are confirmed as a coach or manager.

Lakewood will be offering the following programs this spring:

• Lakewood Mini Program - U7D/U9D Boys and Girls
• Lakewood Youth Program - U11/U13/U15/U17/U19 Boys and Girls
• Lakewood PSL 2022 - U13 Boys and U13 Girls
• Saskatoon Alliance PSL 2023 - U15 and U17 Boys and Girls
• Lakewood Summer Soccer Camps - TBD in August 2023

Program Descriptions:

LAKEWOOD Mini Program - U7 Boys and Girls Development - players born 2016 and 2017

• • Cost for playing U7D Lakewood Soccer this spring will be $225.
  • U7D will play 8 league games (plus the mini-SISCO tournament) from early May until the end of June.
  • U7D will play 3v3 games with 5 to 8 players per team.
  • Game nights for U7D will be Boys on Monday and Girls on Tuesday.
  • U7D will have one weekly team training session - Boys on Wednesday, Girls on Thursday.
  • U7D will have one weekly Skill Centre session on Saturday, both Boys and Girls.
  • Training is focused on individual player development and creating a fun environment for learning soccer.
  • Training will be run by Lakewood Technical Staff with help from the Team coaches.
  • All Training will be held at Sid Buckwold Field. 

LAKEWOOD Mini Program - U9 Boys and Girls Development - players born 2014 and 2015

• • Cost for playing U9D Lakewood Soccer this spring will be $275.
  • U9D will play 8 league games (plus the mini-SISCO tournament) from early May until the end of June.
  • U9D will play 5v5 games with 7 to 10 players per team.
  • Game nights for U9D will be Boys on Wednesday and Girls on Thursday.
  • U9D will have one weekly team training session - Boys on Monday, Girls on Tuesday.
  • U9D will have one weekly Skill Centre session on Saturday, both Boys and Girls.
  • Training is focused on individual player development and creating a fun environment for learning soccer.
  • Training will be run by Lakewood Technical Staff with help from the Team coaches.

LAKEWOOD Youth Program - U11 Boys and Girls - players born 2012 to 2013 - Alliance League

• • Cost for playing U11 Alliance League will be $350.
  • U11 will play 10 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
  • U11 will play 7v7 games on an approximate ¼ field format. There will be 10 to 13 players per team.
  • U11 teams will be divided and entered in either Alliance A or Alliance B (dependent on level of skill).
  • U11 Boys on Alliance A will play games on Monday and Alliance B on Tuesday.
  • U11 Girls on Alliance A will play games on Thursday and Alliance B on Wednesday.
  • U11 Boys on Alliance A will have team training on Wednesday and Alliance B on Thursday.
  • U11 Girls on Alliance A will have team training on Tuesday and Alliance B on Monday.
  • There will be one Skill Centre training session on Saturday or Sunday for boys and girls.
  • Training at U11 continues to be focused on player development and enjoyment of the game.

LAKEWOOD Youth Program - U11 Boys and Girls - players born 2012 to 2013 - City League

• • Cost for playing U11 City League will be $275.
  • U11 will play 8 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
  • U11 will play 7v7 games on an approximate ¼ field format. There will be 10 to 13 players per team.
  • U11 City League games will be Friday for both Boys and Girls, with the potential for weekend games
  • There will be one Skill Centre training session or team practice on Saturday or Sunday for Boys and Girls.
  • The U11 City League is focused on enjoyment of the game.

LAKEWOOD Youth Program - U13 Boys and Girls - players born 2010 to 2011 - Alliance League

• • Cost for playing U13 Alliance League will be $400.
  • U13 will play 10 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
  • U13 will play 9v9 soccer on approximate ½ field format. There will be 11 to 16 players per team.
  • U13 teams will be divided and entered in either Alliance A or Alliance B (dependent on level of skill).
  • U13 Boys on Alliance A will play games on Wednesday and Alliance B on Thursday.
  • U13 Girls on Alliance A will play games on Tuesday and Alliance B on Monday.
  • U13 Boys on Alliance A will have team training on Monday and Alliance B on Tuesday.
  • U13 Girls on Alliance A will have team training on Thursday and Alliance B on Wednesday.
  • There will be one Skill Centre training session on Saturday or Sunday for boys and girls.
  • Training at U13 continues to be focused on player development while introducing the more competitive side of the game.

• • Cost for playing U13 City League will be $325.
  • U13 will play 8 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
  • U13 will play 9v9 games on an approximate½ field format. There will be 11 to 16 players per team
  • U13 City League games will be Friday for both Boys and Girls with the potential for weekend games
  • There will be one Skill Centre training session or team practice on Saturday or Sunday for Boys and Girls.
  • The U13 City League is focused on enjoyment of the game.

LAKEWOOD Youth Program - U15 Boys and Girls - players born 2008 to 2009 - Alliance League

• • Cost for playing U15 Alliance League will be $425.
  • U15 will play 10 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
  • U15 will play 11v11 soccer on approximate full field format. There will be 14 to 20 players per team.
  • U15 teams will be divided and entered in either Alliance A or Alliance B (dependent on level of skill).
  • U15 Boys on Alliance A will play games on Monday and Alliance B on Thursday.
  • U15 Girls on Alliance A will play games on Monday and Alliance B on Wednesday.
  • All Divisions have the potential of weekend games
  • U15 Boys on Alliance A will have team training on Wednesday and Alliance B on Tuesday.
  • U15 Girls on Alliance A will have team training on Wednesday and Alliance B on Monday.
  • There will be one Skill Centre training session on Saturday or Sunday for boys and girls.
  • Training at U15 continues to be focused on player development while developing the more competitive side of the game.

• • Cost for playing U13 City League will be $350.

  • U15 will play 9v9 games on an approximate ½ field format. There will be 11 to 16 players per team
  • U15 City League games will be Friday for both Boys and Girls with the potential for weekend games
  • There will be one Skill Centre training session or team practice on Saturday or Sunday for Boys and Girls.
  • The U13 City League is focused on enjoyment of the game.

LAKEWOOD Youth Program - U17/19 Boys and Girls - players born 2004 to 2007 - Alliance League

• • Cost for playing U17 Alliance League will be $425.
  • U17 will play 10 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
  • U17 will play 11v11 soccer on approximate full field format. There will be 14 to 20 players per team.
  • There will only be one division for the Alliance League.
  • U17/19 Boys will play games on Wednesday.
  • U17/19 Girls will play games on Tuesday.
  • U17/19 Boys will have team training on Monday.
  • U17/19 Girls will have team training on Thursday.
  • There will be one Skill Centre training session on Saturday or Sunday for boys and girls.
  • Training at U17/19 will focus on developing the more competitive side of the game.

LAKEWOOD Provincial Soccer League (PSL) for U13

• • Cost for the PSL will be determined based on the number of teams and the number of games.
  • Lakewood will be offering one U13 girls and one U13 boys PSL team.
  • PSL players will be expected to also play in the U13 Alliance League.
  • The PSL training day will be Fridays starting in May.
  • The PSL season will run from mid-May until mid-July.
  • The actual season start and end dates as well as the number of games will depend on how many teams register from across the province.
  • There is a possibility of games in Regina, Yorkton or Prince Albert.
