Coached by Jeff Preston and Rod Manske, Managed by Lynda Miscavish and Larina Tremblay, the Lakewood Rage U-14 Premier Girls’ Indoor team capped off an exciting season by winning the Provincial Championship in Regina on March 14th and the Saskatoon Youth Soccer title on March 21st. LAKEWOOD PLAYERS TAKE GOLD AT SASKATCHEWAN SUMMER GAMES
The Zone 6 Girls soccer team won the gold medal
at the 2008 Saskatchewan Summer Games in Lloydminster.
Six of the 16 girls on the team are from Lakewood!
Hillary Kirk from Lakewood
was selected as the Zone 6 flag bearer
for the closing ceremonies.
