Lakewood Soccer Association reserves the right to communicate important information to registrants, their parents or guardians using the contact information provided at time of registration.
Lakewood Association runs two soccer tournaments during the year to minimize increases to soccer fees and to assist with operational costs and equipment costs. Like other sports organizations parents/guardians of players are expected to assist Lakewood with the operations of these tournaments.
Payment must be recieved by 10-Sep for your child to be placed on a Team.
Online Registration 28-August-2010 to 08-September-2010 - Late registration charge takes affect starting on 09-September-2010. You have the option to pay by credit card or by personal cheque.
In-person registration 30-Aug-2010 and 02-September-2010 in the Wildwood School Computer Room, 305 Rosedal Road from 7:00 pm to 9:00pm. Lakewood Board members will be on hand to assist people with filling out the on-line registration form.
Notes:
1) A Team uniform deposit will be required once your child is placed on a team and this deposit will be collected by the team manager.
2) There may be additional fees associated with tournaments and these will be collected by team managers.
