LAKEWOOD PLAYERS TAKE GOLD AT SASKATCHEWAN SUMMER GAMES

 The Zone 6 Girls soccer team won the gold medal
at the 2008 Saskatchewan Summer Games in Lloydminster.
Six of the 16 girls on the team are from Lakewood!

Hillary Kirk from Lakewood
was selected as the Zone 6 flag bearer
for the closing ceremonies.
